1. Eligibility for Refunds
● Refunds are eligible only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or
incorrect items received.
● Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.
2. Reporting a Problem
● If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer
support team within 7 calendar days of delivery.
● Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a detailed
description of the issue.
3. Refund Process
● Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
● Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
● Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error or the
product was damaged during shipping.
